Welcome to Construction Technology Services, LLC. By accessing our website or engaging our construction technology consulting and implementation services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide services including, but not limited to, construction technology assessments, software selection and implementation, systems integration, reporting and analytics configuration, and training and change management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal or service agreement.

2. Payments & Timelines

Payment terms are as outlined in your agreement and are generally due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. Project start dates and milestones may depend on receiving necessary information, system access, and timely payments from you.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information, designate appropriate points of contact, and grant required access to systems and data so we can perform the services. Delays in providing access or information may impact timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, configuration documentation, templates, and training materials we create specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Our pre‑existing tools, methods, and know‑how remain our intellectual property, even when used to deliver services to you.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination terms in the applicable contract. You remain responsible for fees incurred and work completed up to the effective date of termination.
